罗海银，男，长沙学院土木工程学院讲师，工学博士，主要从事建筑抗风研究，在国内外风工程领域高水平期刊上发表论文10余篇，其中SCI论文5篇。参与跟踪式光伏发电系统的抗风研究、树木风荷载风致响应的研究、建筑结构物风沙荷载研究、槽式聚光镜组系统的抗风性能研究等国家自然科学基金项目的科研工作。
