罗世林，男，长沙学院土木工程学院讲师，工学博士，博士后，中国公路学报、EngineeringGeology、Landslides等国际国内著名期刊审稿人。获得湖南省技术发明二等奖1项（排名第二）。发表SCI及EI等科研论文20余篇，其中SCI论文15篇。
